I am a political sociologist and Visiting Assistant Professor at New York University’s Taub Center for Israel Studies. My work lies at the intersection of political sociology, social psychology, and organizational studies, examining how political divisions and conflicts travel into everyday life, shaping interpersonal interactions, social relationships, and institutional practices. Across my academic and professional work, I explore how people understand, negotiate, reproduce, and sometimes transform the political and social divisions that structure their lives.

Research
My research examines how political conflicts and power relations become consequential in everyday life through discourse, meaning-making, and social practices. Focusing particularly on Israeli politics and society, I explore how individuals and institutions interpret, reproduce, negotiate, and challenge political and social divisions.

Teaching
I see the classroom as an alternative space for critical inquiry, reflection, and constructive engagement with political conflict. Through dialogue, multiple interpretations, and openness to diverse experiences, I encourage students to develop independent analytical voices and engage thoughtfully with contested questions.

My professional practice brings together organizational consulting, group facilitation, and conflict transformation. Working with academic institutions, civil-society organizations, and philanthropic foundations, I support dialogue, organizational learning, and institutional change in contexts marked by complexity and social and political divisions.
